CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

SP3 offers a 14 day free trial period. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis for $19.99/month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time before your next billing cycle without incurring any cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription through your portal under the billing tab or by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. We will be happy to assist you with canceling your subscription and answer any questions you may have. However, if you cancel after a charge has already gone through, we will not be able to recall that charge, and you will have access to the service for another month. We will, however, cancel any future charges for you to ensure that you will not be charged again in the future. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any partially used subscription periods.
